Refund & Payment Policy

Effective Date: 01 May 2026

Payments made to TechVest are subject to the following conditions.

Payment Terms:
Invoices must be paid according to agreed schedules.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may only be issued if services have not yet been initiated.

Non-Refundable Services:
Completed work, consultations, and delivered solutions are non-refundable.

Disputes:
Payment disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of invoice receipt.
